• Content: requests you post, quotes you send, attachments, messages, reviews.
• Usage: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and analytics.

How we use it

• To run the marketplace — show requests to suppliers, quotes to buyers, reveal contact details after a deal is accepted.
• To send you transactional notifications (new quotes, accepted deals).
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and spam.

Who sees what

• Public: posted requests, supplier business name + category, public reviews.
• Private: your phone number is hidden until a quote is accepted, then shared with the matched party only.
• Email: never shown publicly.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) strictly to operate the service.

Your rights

You can update your profile, delete posts, and request account deletion any time by emailing hello@findnbuy.lk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security policies. No system is 100% secure — use a strong password and don't reuse it.

Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18.
