1. About findnbuy.lk

findnbuy.lk ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers in Sri Lanka. We facilitate introductions and quote exchanges; we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts under Sri Lankan law to use the Platform.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information at signup; impersonation or misrepresentation is not allowed.

4. Buyer responsibilities

• Post genuine, lawful requests.
• Respond to quotes you accept in good faith.
• Honour any agreement you accept on the Platform.

5. Supplier responsibilities

• Quote prices honestly with all material terms disclosed.
• Deliver as agreed once a quote is accepted.
• Not collect or harvest buyer contact details for unrelated marketing.

6. Prohibited content

No illegal goods or services, weapons, counterfeit items, hate speech, harassment, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Payments

findnbuy.lk does not currently process payments. All payment terms, taxes, and delivery are settled directly between buyer and supplier.

8. No warranty

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about supplier quality, buyer reliability, or the outcome of any deal. Use your own judgement before transacting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, findnbuy.lk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform or transactions between users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud, abuse, or behaviour harmful to other users.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
